What does it mean to be a Laker?

Being a Later means community. There are people who truly care about you and want you to have a great college experience here!

If you could give your freshman self one piece of advice, what would it be?

Be a friend to make a friend. A lot of us want the village without being villagers. You need to put yourself in other's shoes and show up for each other. That community will remain with you forever. You are tied by your shared history together.

I got married in Kathmandu, Nepal and have traveled to 23 Countries (and counting)!
